HCB Günlüğü, 14 Ağu 15

Happy Friday, Best Buddies:

So, I saw some movement on the "Idiot Box" this morning. Insane as it sounds, I have two boxes. One said, 177.6 and the other said 176.6 so I split the difference and will choose to log a .8 loss.

The last few days, I added a little more protein and decided to eat more frequently rather than doing IF - seemed to move the metabolism for me just a smidge!

And, keeping my macros how I want them - carbs at 8% of the total, and within my RDI.

Now on my way to Orange Theory Fitness to kick some butt!

Congrats on the loss, it's great to see movement on the scale in the right direction. Maybe going off IF is the shake up your body needed.

I always wonder how accurate my scale is. It's just a cheap one from a drug store. Maybe I should get a better one or a least a second one to compare? Also I love the term Idiot Box :P

For someone who hates the idiot box as much as you do it is funny to hear that you have two of them. But a loss is a loss - and now you have it verified by an dependent idiot box - LOL.

@M2B - that is very true! The trainer now comes over to me with the next heavier weights and tells me - "Do these now"...LOL! I have gotten stronger than I ever was when I was younger.

Wonderful that you're getting some good feedback from the scale. I bet your muscle gain is probably hiding some pretty good losses. You're an inspiration :)
